Japanese miso strainer
Traditional miso strainer made of bamboo in the Niigata area (Japan).
In almost no Japanese house can a strainer be missing to add the miso to the daily soup. In our kitchens we can give it the same use as a normal strainer (we can even use it to wash and separate small vegetables) except that it is completely vegetable, made from a single piece of bamboo, which also makes it compostable and very sustainable.
After each use, hand wash and air dry out of direct sunlight.
